2. Add text boxes to the document and type in the necessary information for your flyer, such as the name of your athletic fitness program, the details of the classes or training sessions, and any special offers or discounts.
3. Import any images or graphics that you want to include on your flyer. You can do this by right-clicking the frame and selecting Content > Get Image.
4. Use the design tools in Scribus to customize the layout and appearance of your flyer. You can change the font, size, and color of the text, add borders and shapes, and use the alignment and  distribution tools to arrange the elements on the page.
5. Preview your flyer by going to View > Preview. This will give you an idea of how your flyer will look when it is printed.
6. Save your flyer by going to File > Save As. Choose a location on your computer to save the file and give it a descriptive name.
7. When you are happy with your flyer, you can export it as a PDF by going to File > Export > Save as PDF. This will create a print-ready version of your flyer that you can share or print out.
